Particulars of the alternative sites stated to have been selected by the South Cork public health sites committee have not been submitted to me for approval.
I am not therefore aware of the reasons, if any, which the council propose to put forward for the rejection of the original sites. In confirming the compulsory purchase Order it was intimated to the council that where alternative sites had been offered, the owners should be facilitated as far as possible.
