Application for registration under the Agricultural Produce (Potatoes) Act, 1931, must be made to my Department on the appropriate form. An inspection of the premises will then be arranged and if they are found to be well lighted, frost proof, equipped with a grader, a skip and a weighbridge and give sufficient space for the proper handling of potatoes registration will be effected.
