I expect that the improvement works at Dooneen Pier, Old Head of Kinsale, County Cork, will be commenced within the next three or four weeks.
May I take it that this important work will be started within that period, as if another month passes without the work being started in this very exposed part of County Cork, it will be very late in the season? May I take it that the Parliamentary Secretary's reply is definite that the work will be started within the period stated?
It is as definite as I can make it.
