I would refer the Deputy to the answer given on 15th February, 1951, to a previous question by him on this subject. The Commissioners of Public Works still await notification from the Donegal County Council of the completion of the legal formalities in connection with the acquisition of the necessary site and right-of-way.
Is the Parliamentary Secretary aware that it is almost 18 months since sanction was secured from his predecessor and would he ask the county council to expedite the investigation of the title?
