asked the Minister for Lands if he will state if the Land Commission have considered the propriety of reallotting to Mr. Richard Rochford the farm at Rathcore, Enfield, County Meath, on the Dyas Estate for which a court decree was granted; and, if so, with what result.

The Land Commission instituted proceedings for the recovery of possession of the parcel of land allotted to Mr. Rochford because of the contained unsatisfactory user of it over a period of years. A decree for possession has been obtained and the Land Commission have decided to enforce the decree. The question of the further allotment of the lands will be considered after possession has been obtained.
