The parcel in question was taken up from the allottee because of continued unsatisfactory user. The Land Commission have considered representations for the reinstatement of the allottee and have decided not to reallot the parcel to him.
I wonder is the Minister aware that the man concerned in the question got this holding as compensation. It is very unfair that a herd on a holding like that should now be forcibly evicted from the holding and deprived of his compensation. I would ask the Minister to reconsider the matter.
