asked the Minister for Defence if he will explain the cause of the unusual delay in reaching decisions concerning two claims for payment of disability pensions, in the cases of (1) D.P./19937 (Birr, County Offaly) and (2) D.P/15945 (Portarlington, County Laoighis), and if he will now give instructions for the issue of decisions in both cases.
