Yesterday I gave notice of my intention to raise to-night the subject matter of a question which I addressed to the Minister for Finance on the subject of the Civil Service Arbitration Board. I understand it is necessary formally to mention the matter in the House to-day so as to be permitted to raise it to-night, and I now do so.
