Seanad Éireann has accepted the Finance (Excise Duties) (Vehicles) Bill, 1952, without recommendation.
Seanad Éireann has passed the Expiring Laws Bill, 1952, without amendment.
On a point of order. I understand that the Minister for Finance, while replying, commented on the fact that I had run out of the House. I would like to state I was called out of the House on business and one of those who called me out was a Parliamentary Secretary.
I take it that is a matter of personal explanation.
