The amount subscribed to the recent National Loan was £20,000,000. The entire proceeds of the loan have been utilised to finance capital outlay, the principal items of which are detailed in the Exchequer Statements published in Iris Oifigiúil. Parts (c) and (d) of the question do not arise.
