Plans for a scheme of 12 houses at Milltown, which were submitted by Kerry County Council to my Department on 30th December, 1952, were approved on 10th January, 1953. The county council were also notified by letter of 27th January that if they were satisfied that water and sewerage services would be available for the houses, when completed, they could invite tenders for the scheme.
