Having studied the position in relation to this Bill, I do not think anybody is anxious to discuss it at 11.45 p.m. Moreover, there is this position, if the Dáil were to pass it to-night, the Seanad would probably have to be recalled, perhaps the day before the 15th April, to reconsider it. Therefore, I would not propose to take the Report Stage now, and that would give Deputies who may wish to speak on this amendment an opportunity of doing so on the Report Stage.
I think we should certainly close on that co-operative note from the Minister for Finance.
