The main portion of this scheme has been completed for some time, but there has been delay in the delivery and installation of the full pumping and filtration plant.
Can the Minister say when the remaining portion will be completed?
I am not in a position to say that. We have been pressing the local authority, who have found some difficulty with the contractor who had the responsibility for supplying the plant.
