On behalf of the Minister for Justice, I move that leave be granted to introduce a Bill entitled an Act to make better provision for the widows of persons dying intestate as to the whole or part of their property and leaving no issue.

That is a matter which the Whips might consider. I think the Minister for Justice would prefer to have it through but it is a Bill which could be left stand over.
