Having regard to the necessity for first dealing, under the land reclamation scheme, with clay soils of greater agricultural potential and to the large volume of work now outstanding, I regret I cannot see any early prospect of being in a position to undertake large-scale work on cutaway-bog under Section B of the scheme.
