The Laoighis County Health District Purchase Scheme, 1953, is being confirmed. It has been conveyed to those who interested themselves on behalf of the Cottage Tenants' Association that it would not be possible in law to make or amend a scheme under the Labourers Act, 1936, on the lines suggested.
