I had hoped that work on this project would commence early next year, but the difficulties to which I referred in a previous reply to the Deputy have delayed the preparation of working drawings to a greater extent than was anticipated. I am hopeful that these difficulties have been resolved and that work on the final drawings and bill of quantities will proceed without further delay.
