asked the Minister for Industry and Commerce if he will state the number of meetings of the Prices Advisory Body which has been held since the 9th December, 1952, the number of recommendations submitted to him by that body and the number of cases in which the recommendations have been (a) accepted, and (b) rejected.

From the 10th December, 1952, to the 8th December, 1953, the Prices Advisory Body have held 30 meetings and have submitted 60 recommendations, of which 58 have been accepted, one has been rejected and one is under consideration.
