The Land Commission obtained possession of the Nolan estate on 13th April, 1937; the price was £2,900, payable in Bonds.
Exact figures for revenue are not readily available but it is estimated that the net revenue has been £200.
Outline proposals for the division of the lands have been found to involve a great deal of exchange and rearrangement which inevitably leads to tedious and protracted negotiations with the adjoining land holders; it is not yet possible to say when a final scheme of division may be ready.
