In Section 5 there is an amendment which I would ask you to accept. It is purely a drafting amendment. In Section 5 inadvertently the words "sub-section (5)" were included in the first line of the draft. In fact sub-section (5) of the section in question is being repealed later on. Therefore, I would ask the House to delete "sub-section (5) and".
