asked the Minister for Justice whether he is aware that a monthly return is made of summonses and arrests executed by each member of the Garda Síochána in Dublin, and that a copy of such return is prominently displayed in each Garda station in that area, and if, in view of the undesirable competitive spirit which such a practice engenders, he will request the Garda Commissioner to have it discontinued.
