I move:—
That it is expedient to authorise such payments out of moneys provided by the Oireachtas as are necessary to give effect to any Act of the present session to provide for the establishment of a board to be styled and known as Board na Radharcmhastóirí, to provide for the registration and control of opticians and to provide for matters (including the making of certain charges) connected with the matters aforesaid.
