Turbary rights over considerable areas on a number of estates in Inishowen are reserved to the Land Commission and a survey of these bogs is at present being carried out with a view to preparing a scheme to meet the local needs for turbary. The Deputy will appreciate that a scheme of this nature may entail protracted investigation.
