As regards part (c) of the question no compensation has been paid under common law actions for the period in question to injured forestry workers.
Might I ask if the figures given by the Minister in regard to the wages paid to forestry workers cover only the forestry labourers, so to speak, as distinct from other foresters?
No. No foresters or staff above the level of foresters are included. Work by carters, tractor owners and so on, is included.
