Milk and Dairies (Amendment) Bill, 1956—From the Seanad.

The Dáil went into Committee to consider amendments from Seanad Éireann.

Mr. Dillon

I move that the Dáil agree with the Seanad in the following amendments:—

SECTION 11.

1. Sub-section (1) deleted.

2. In sub-section (2) all the words after "authority" in line 19 to the end of the sub-section deleted.

3. In sub-section (4) (b), line 31, "two" deleted and "four" substituted.

4. In sub-section (4) (c), line 34, "family" deleted and "household" substituted.

5. In sub-section (4), paragraph (d) deleted.

6. In sub-section (5) (a), line 46, "five" deleted and "ten" substituted.

7. In sub-section (5) (b), line 49, "family" deleted and ‘household' substituted.

8. In sub-section (5), paragraph (c) deleted.
