I am aware that discussions have taken place between Bord Fáilte Éireann and certain private interests regarding the provision of additional hotel accommodation in the area contiguous to Shannon Airport. The Deputy will appreciate, however, that as this matter concerns the activities of a private business group, it is scarcely a suitable subject for a question in Dáil Éireann.
