This estate became vested in the Land Commission on 10th January, 1958, which was fixed as the appointed day. As the Land Commission were unable to obtain clear possession of the lands on that date, however, it has become necessary to seek a court order for possession in the matter. It is not possible, therefore, at this stage to indicate when allotment will take place.
