I do not propose to have a summary of the Report of the Committee on Milk Production Costs published as a supplement to the Irish Trade Journal. As I have already indicated a stencilled copy of the report will be supplied on request to any interested party.
Is not the real reason the Minister does not propose to get a summary of this report published in the Trade Journal that it was a cold when it was started, a cod when it proceeded and it is now a cod when it has been produced? It was started to throw dust in the eyes of the small farmers and admirably succeeded.
It is only a cultured man who could make use of the expression so often as the Deputy.
