There are no proposals before my Department for the utilisation of these factory premises. The availability of the premises has, in accordance with the normal practice, been brought to the notice of promoters of any industrial projects who had not already decided on a location for the projects, and it is understood that several such promoters visited Limerick to inspect the premises. The Deputy will appreciate that the selection of a location is entirely a matter for those who propose to establish an industry.
