Returns furnished by the local authority concerned, the Limerick County Council, indicate that the total amount expended to date on the Limerick Regional Hospital project is approximately £1,218,000. It will not be possible to ascertain precisely the complete cost of the project until the final accounts, which are at present in course of preparation, are available but it is considered that the additional amount to be expended will not exceed £50,000.
