The technical investigation referred to in my reply to the previous questions has been proceeding, including consultation with the county council, Dublin Corporation and E.S.B. personnel.
At an inspection last month it was noted that a water supply for cattle was available from two ponds on the holding.
It is not yet possible to say what the outcome of the investigation will be.
