asked the Minister for Finance if he will state in respect of each of the three financial years ended 31st March, 1959, the amount of excise revenue collected from:— (1) beer, (2) betting, (3) entertainments, (4) dog licences, (5) firearms certificates, (6) liquor licences, (7) bookmakers' licences, (8) other licences, (9) matches, (10) spirits, (11) homegrown tobacco, (12) cars, (13) table waters, (14) bookmaking premises, (15) cider and (16) clubs.

The answer is in the form of a tabular statement which, with the permission of the Leas-Cheann Comhairle, I propose to circulate with the Official Report.
