This case is at present under official investigation. I am, therefore, not in a position to make any statement in regard to it.
I should like to ask the permission of the Chair to raise the subject matter of Question No. 21 on the Adjournment.
Since the Dáil is adjourning immediately after Question Time, I do not think it feasible that it could be considered at such short notice. However, I shall have it considered for the next sitting of the Dáil.
