It is assumed that the information requested by the Deputy relates to cottages provided by county councils under the Labourers Acts. During the nine months ended 31st December, 1959, county councils completed 566 cottages. It is anticipated that approximately 180 further cottages will be completed before 31st March, 1960.
I do not know whether I have put down the wrong question or the Minister gave the wrong answer. I thought the Minister would take it that I was asking about the number of cottages completed during the present financial year or the number of cottages it is anticipated will be completed during the present financial year.
I think we are still both right. I said: "It is assumed that the information requested by the Deputy relates to cottages provided by county councils under the Labourers Acts." Are we all right up to that?
