Two groups of county council cottages at Foxford have been provided with chemical closets pending the provision of a sewerage system for the town and one of the groups has not yet been connected to the public water supply. These sanitary arrangements do not constitute a danger to public health. It is the intention to provide full services in all the cottages when the sewerage scheme for Foxford is completed. It is expected that this scheme will commence early in the new year.
