Approval in principle to proposals for a water supply improvement scheme for Midleton issued on 24th January, 1961, and the submission of the detailed plans and other documents are awaited.
Layout and house-plans for a scheme of 12 houses at Midleton were received on 16th March, 1961. These plans were discussed by an architectural inspector of my Department with the council's engineer. General approval has been accorded to the plans, subject to the incorporation of agreed revisions and to the submission of certain information already requested in regard to the servicing of the site.
