Vol. 191 No. 11

Business of the Dáil.

May I raise a matter with the Taoiseach? The last four items that we have now ordered are items affecting the Department of Justice. We shall be running through all of them and the people concerned, on either side of the House, will not get any opportunity of getting a meal. Would it be possible, therefore, to have the remainder of the debate on the Tourist Traffic Bill at, say, 6 p.m. in order to break the Justice Bills so that those concerned with them on both sides could have a chance of getting something to eat?

Yes. I shall have to make sure that the Parliamentary Secretary in charge of the Bills is available. I think that is a good idea.

These are Committee Stage Bills. It is not as if the persons concerned on either side could get out.

I think there is no difficulty. That means we start on Item No. 19 and then go back to the Tourist Traffic Bill.

At six o'clock and resume the order when that is finished. It would mean taking No. 18 now.

I am prepared to take them in the order in which they stand.
