The terms of trade index (Export Price Index/Import Price Index) number was 91.1 in July and 90.8 in August, 1961. (Base: year 1953=100). The latest month for which the information is available is August, 1961.
It is proposed to include this series of index numbers in the "Economic Series" published quarterly in the Irish Trade Journal and Statistical Bulletin commencing in the March, 1962, issue and also in the corresponding stencilled version issued monthly as from January, 1962.
