I do not agree that there is widespread dissatisfaction with the work of the Department of the Gaeltacht; on the contrary, I am satisfied that it has done a good deal of sound work in the short time since it was set up. Accordingly, I know of no reason in present circumstances why the Deputy's suggestion should be considered.
