Is the Minister aware that about 20 people are waiting for telephones and depending on the opening of the exchange at Ballymoney and that this has been previously promised? Could the Minister, in these circumstances, not expedite the matter?
The exchange will be open in about two months' time.
Why not sooner than that?
It cannot be done any earlier.
