Rights in this lake and the foreshore thereof are claimed by the State. This does not necessarily mean that the public may lawfully encroach on all parts of the adjacent lands. If a practical difficulty has arisen, perhaps the Deputy will communicate the specific details to the Land Commission for investigation.
