I presume the Deputy refers to the recent visit to Moscow by a representative of a private firm accompanied by a representative of Córas Tráchtála. There was no question of a trade agreement being negotiated. I would not be in a position to disclose information about any arrangements that might be entered into by private firms to export goods to Russia.
