Present policy in regard to subsidy does not prevent Dublin Corporation from formulating tenant-purchase schemes for their tenants. Other urban housing authorities have successfully formulated and given effect to such schemes without the continuation of subsidy. I do not at present contemplate the change of policy suggested by the Deputy.
