I move the following amendment:

In page 2, before Section 2, to insert the following section:

Section 2 of the Principal Act (which provides that the share capital of the Company shall be £4,000,000) is hereby amended by the substitution of "£6,000,000" for "four million pounds".

Sections 2 to 4, inclusive, agreed to.
