asked the Minister for Justice the number of actions taken by hire purchase companies against hirers for the payment of moneys accruing due under hire-purchase agreement and/or for the return of goods held under hire-purchase agreements in (a) the High Court, (b) the Circuit Court and (c) the District Court during the twelve months ended 31st March 1963; and if he will give particulars of the total sum in respect of which payments were ordered, and the number of goods in respect of which orders for return were made.
