Committee on Finance. - Registration of Business Names Bill, 1963—Financial Resolution.

I move:

That it is expedient to make provision for the charging by the registrar of companies or such other person as the Minister for Industry and Commerce may determine of such fees as the said Minister may fix under any Act of the present session to provide for the registration of persons carrying on business under business names.
