At what time will the division be taken?
The Labour Party spokesman comes in at a quarter-to-ten.Can we get it clear that the vote will be taken at 10.30 p.m.?
Unless he talks it out. He will have to stop before 10.30 p.m.
That is why I am asking the question because it was arranged earlier he would get in at 9.30 p.m. and that the vote would be taken at 10.15 p.m.
