The report and decisions of the Seminar on International Voluntary Service referred to in Resolution 256 have still to be transmitted to the Committee of Ministers for consideration. The conclusions of the Seminar constitute one of the elements of a study which the Secretariat has been directed by the Committee of Ministers to prepare on a European Agency for the Employment of Volunteers in Technical Co-operation.
