The text of the Progress Report for 1964 on the Second Programme for Economic Expansion was approved and supplied to the printers according as the material for its compilation became available. The last instalment of copy was supplied on 13th April. Final proofs were received from the printer on 26th April and the publication was delivered by the printers on 5th May.
