I refer the Deputy to a reply given by the Minister for Industry and Commerce to a Dáil Question on 27th April, in which it was stated that an inter-departmental committee on administrative arrangements for implementing manpower policy has recently presented its Report to the Government. The committee has made certain recommendations in regard to the supply and training of personnel for industrial employment and in regard to the control, function and scope of employment exchanges. These recommendations are under examination. Copies of the committee's Report will be laid before both Houses of the Oireachtas and published at an early date.
